Registration is now possible only at the Conference Desk


Please register yourself before May 31st 2009 completing all following steps:

1. fill in the Registration Form


2. download, fill and sign the Payment Form and send it via fax to the attention of Francesca Borri at the number +39 050 9912410

Please note that REGISTRATION FORMS RECEIVED WITHOUT SPECIFICATION OF PAYMENT AND SIGNATURE WILL NOT BE PROCESSED UNTIL FULL PAYMENT IS RECEIVED.

Registration fees include Conference dinner, some lunches, coffee breaks and a copy of the proceedings.

Regular fees apply to all registrations received no later than March 31, 2009.

Member fees apply to 2009 members of the Austrian, Italian, Slovenian and Swiss Tribology Societies. Please specify the name of the association.

Proof of student status must be attached in order to qualify for student fee.

Early Registration Deadline: Tuesday, 31 March 2009

Online Registration Deadline: Sunday, 31 May 2009

Important notices

Participants who wish to register on site or had problems with payments can register 
at the conference desk filling out the registration form that will be provided there or 
which can be downloaded from the web site.

Please bring along the bank order in case you made a bank transfer and you did not 
send us copy of it.
Otherwise you can opt to pay in cash.

Please note that in case you wish to pay the registration fee on site by credit card 
using the POS system, your credit card will be charged by an additional 10% of the 
fee, corresponding to the expenses charged by the banks.

June is already high season in Pisa and in addition a kind of local festival (the so called Giugno Pisano, "Pisan June") is celebrated through the whole Month. Therefore it is strongly recommended to book the hotel as soon as possible,  particularly if a downtown hotel is desired.
