The ATA meeting agency has contacted various hotels in the center of Pisa to negotiate special rates for the conference. Below we provide a list of these hotels (4 star and 3 star). The prices listed are inclusive of taxes, breakfast and services. You may notice that prices vary from a minimum to a maximum cost. This depends on the rooms the hotel has available at the time you are making the reservation. Besides, the range of costs is displayed to give you an idea of what you might be going to spend in case you prefer to book by yourself.
Otherwise, you may request the ATA meeting agency to take care of your reservation by sending the HOTEL RESERVATION FORM to the following fax number +39 050 9912410. Even though we have rooms pre-booked at the hotels below, availability will depend on the number of reservations the chosen hotel has already received by the time you send your booking request.
Cancellation policy: Please note that the hotels request the credit card data only as a guarantee. the hotel or the ATA meeting agency will charge a cancellation fee equivalent to one night stay for any cancellation communicated within 48 hours before the arrival. Few hotels, however, request to know of any cancellation several days before arrival. Please see in the list of hotels below comments on the cancellation policy.

Important notice: June is already high season in Pisa and in addition a kind of local festival (the so called Giugno Pisano, "Pisan June") is celebrated through the whole Month. Therefore it is strongly recommended to book the hotel well in advance in order to find room (particularly for the downtown hotels).
For cancellations made by 01 June, 2009: no penalty fee
For cancellations made after 48 hours before arrival: one nights' penalty fee for most of the hotels
